Our Story





Robert and Karen Crouch opened our Killeen and Temple branches in February of 2000. Most entrepreneurs start out by opening one office, but Robert and Karen used their combined knowledge of the labor market in Central Texas to open two offices at once.


In September of 2001, Sedona Staffing opened its doors in Hewitt, Texas. To this day, the success of this office is especially meaningful to all involved as it was opened just a few weeks prior to the 9/11 attacks. Since 2000, Sedona Staffing in Central Texas has hired thousands of employees in Central Texas.


We are a locally owned and operated licensed partner of The Sedona Group. The Sedona Group is one of the top 100 staffing solutions providers in the United States. This partnership provides a comprehensive back office program including risk management, technical, and accounting support. Sedona Staffing Services is a proud member of the American Staffing Association and the Greater Waco and Hewitt Chambers.




Our Leadership





Karen Crouch



President



After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. degree in Management, Karen Crouch started her career in marketing with Anco Insurance. After becoming interested in the Staffing Industry, Karen became an office manager for a Manpower office. Karen and her husband, Robert Crouch, made the decision to open their own staffing agency and opened two offices simultaneously in Temple and Killeen, Texas in February 2000. Karen is actively involved with Sedona Staffing Services in the day to day operations of the business. In Karen's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and family.

Vice President



After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Speech Communications, Robert Crouch started his career by opening a new office for Manpower, the world's largest staffing service at that time. Robert's experience at Manpower allowed him to gain a unique perspective of the staffing industry. Robert was able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the world's largest staffing service. After many years at Manpower, Robert and his wife Karen decided to make a leap of faith and open a staffing agency in Central Texas. Twenty years later, Robert is still actively involved with Sedona Staffing and leads as our Vice President of Sales and Development. In his spare time, Robert enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two daughters.
